1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the record organization and information sessions offered by Meridian Ledger. "User", "you", or "your" refers to the individual booking or attending a session. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Meridian Ledger. "Content" refers to materials shared during sessions, including printed notes and checklists. "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session or submitting our contact form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Service Description

Meridian Ledger provides record organization and general information sessions related to retirement paperwork, offered in and around Bangkok, Thailand. Services include the Records Organization Starter Session, the Later-Life Planning Information Workshop, and the Household Records Digital Archive Setup. Availability may vary by location and schedule.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking a session
• Treat our team with courtesy during sessions
• Understand that all organizational decisions remain your own
• Not request advice outside the scope of general information and organization

5. Intellectual Property

Printed reference notes, checklists, and materials provided during sessions remain the intellectual property of Meridian Ledger, licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce or redistribute these materials without our written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Prices for our services are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and displayed on our Solutions page. Payment is due at the time of booking or on the day of the session, as agreed. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis if a session is cancelled with reasonable notice.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Sessions are delivered as organizational and educational support only. Scope changes (such as adding documents mid-session) may extend session length or affect pricing, and will be discussed with you before proceeding. Digital archive files are handed off to you upon completion; we do not retain copies afterward unless separately agreed.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a session, and we do not provide financial, legal, or medical advice. Information shared during workshops is general in nature. Please consult a qualified professional for guidance specific to your circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Meridian Ledger's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

10. Termination

Either party may cancel a booked session with reasonable advance notice. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in cases of abusive conduct. Provisions relating to intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination of this Agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

12. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Meridian Ledger regarding our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
